In October of 2013, a Christian volunteer group from Australia travelled to a remote village in the Vietnam province of Tien Giang, to spend a week building two homes for families that didn’t have one.
Here, they joined with local volunteers to also conduct free medical clinics treating over 1200 villagers in just 4 days.
Hope in Rwanda - Part 1
The day after the NRL grand Final, six rugby league players headed to deepest Rwanda to help in the post-genocide rebuilding of a village.
What they saw and did there changed their lives forever, as the reality of a country torn apart by civil war, and now in the process of rebuilding itself was engrained on them first hand.
The documentary of their journey is not pretty, but is compelling, heart- wrenching and at the same time heart-warming.
